If you are ready to send your frame, read and complete the order form. You will receive a copy of your transmission to your e-mail (may arrive in your spam folder). Please print a copy of your email receipt, sign it, and include it with your frame for shipment. This serves as your verification that the contact information is correct, and as our release to inspect the frame.
Once we receive your frame, we will inspect the damage and call you with the details on price and timeline of the repair. Please allow for normal ship and processing time of each frame. This may take up to a week to process your frame for evaluation.
